	Durban Durban has a niche position in the turf market due to its outstanding shade tolerance. Therefore, Durban is well suited for areas with little direct sun, like under trees or beside a house. An excellent home garden lawn and has selected uses in commercial applications.
	Empire Zoysia EMPIRE has performed well in sandy and clay soil types with aggressive growth from its runners and rhizomes, but can be mowed with a standard rotary mower due to its broader leaf and open growth habit. It requires less maintenance and mowing than other grasses, and is a very efficient water user.
	Empress Zoysia EMPRESS can be grown with somewhat reduced production costs due to its reproduction from rhizomes and its natural chemical resistances for easier weed control. EMPRESS is the ideal choice in applications where a fine, small leaf, soft textured turf is desired. It is well suited for use in home lawns, golf courses, parks, and possibly sports fields.
	*Greenlees Park Couch* Greenlees Park Couch is a semi dwarf improved selection of common couch grass. It is classed as a warm season grass which has fine stolens and leaves which form a dense matt, hence its wide appeal in Sydney's bowling greens and sports turf industry. It has a dark colour and will adapt in many areas and semi-arid conditions.
	Kikuyu Kikuyu is the most economical lawn available. It is a warm season lawn with a medium broad leaf which has a vigorous growth rate, makinig it an attractive hard wearing lawn suitable for schools, sports fields, commercial and semi arid areas. Good for erosion control.
	*Matilda* Why wear shoes with Lawn so soft ? Matilda is a semi dwarf leaf Buffalo Lawn. Its texture is so soft to touch and walk on you will never want to wear shoes when you have Matilda in your front & back yard.
	Santa ana Santa ana Couch is a fine leaf lawn with a medium growth rate, however its dense pruftle is comparatively tolerant to low mowing. Its fine dense leaf blades give it an exceptionally high wear tolerance. Santa ana Couch is suitable for sports fields, residential and recreational areas.
	Sapphire Sapphire is perhaps the finest bufalo grass available in todays market. Not only is Sapphire hard wearing, due to its quick recovery from wear damage, but it is also shade tolerant like all other good varieties of Buffalo.
	Shademaster Shademaster excels well in the home garden as it has exceptional growth and can withstand high traffic as well as pets. Shademaster is very versatile; it thrives in full sun as well as partial shade making it an excellent lawn. Shademaster is extremely salt tolerant which also makes it suitable for coastal areas.
	ST-26 Buffalo Grass Semi Dwarf AUSTINE ST-26 forms a soft textured lawn, more attractive surface than common coarse Buffalograss, due to its softer leaf blades and smaller, thinner stolons.
	ST-85 Buffalo Grass Semi Dwarf AUSFINE ST-85 is a finer textured, Buffalograss than ST-26, and is renowned for its ability to withstand semishade under trees. Its wear tolerance is greater than ST-91.
	ST-91 Buffalo Grass AUSDWARF ST-91 forms a soft, very fine texture, with no purple appearance even during winter. This Buffalograss is slower growing, so requires the least amount of mowing and watering. It tolerates moderate traffic.
	Winter Green Couch Winter green couch will adapt to many regions of Australia and semi-arid conditions quite well. Recommended usage Winter Green Couch is a fine leafed lawn with a medium growth rate. It is fairly tolerant to low mowing and suitable for Bowling Greens, recreational and residential lawns.
